Option 1:

One Time Referral Fee

Definition: For every approved merchant account that is referred to American Bancard, LLC the referring party will receive a check for $100.00.

Requirements:

		The Merchant Agrees to the outlined Rate Plan
		The Account is Approved and Live*

Option 2:

Residual Stream

Definition: For every approved merchant account that is referred to American Bancard, LLC the referring party will receive a residual of 10 basis points for the longevity of their referred account.

Requirements:

		The Merchant Agrees to the outlined Rate Plan
		The Account is Approved and Live*
		Must have 5 Approved Merchant Account to Qualify.

* Live is defined as a merchant that has been trained and setup for processing.
